About
| We have a combined 24 years of experience in researching the requirements of, and implementing change in, organisations. This experience has validated our belief that the best outcomes are achieved by working with all members of staff and management. This has led to clients realising significant savings through process optimisation; redesigning their IT systems to support future growth; launching innovative services into global markets; a Health & Safety Executive research publication; and academic research presentations and publications.
Please see the Research and Client pages for details of these outcomes. |

| In addition to client work here, I’m the part-time Programme Manager for Science City Bristol (as soon as they update their contact page). Any views expressed here are entirely my own.
In the past I’ve had 6 Knowledge Transfer Partnerships funded while at UWE, Bristol with each being around £100k over 2 years (details and mileage vary). Some examples from previous companies I’ve helped can be found on our Clients page. I’ve written business plans for Futurelab and clients justifying investment decisions (either internally or externally) that have ranged from £30k to £3m; I’m currently looking for new opportunities to build projects and companies. I’m a Member of the Institute of Knowledge Transfer, a Young Enterprise Business Adviser to Colson’s Girls School and a commercially endorsed skipper with the London Sailing Project. You can contact me on: +44 773 9705578 |
I’ve had the great fortune to work primarily in health care for the last ten years. This has spanned such diverse fields as; hyperbaric medicine, Chronic respiratory disease and Maxillofacial cancer.
I have generally focused on the impact of disease and treatment on the biopsychosocial aspects of patients. Additionally, I have also investigated the proficiency of clinical performance in relation to newly qualified doctors and their safe and effective practice as prescribers. Having initiated and delivered a number of research projects, these are currently being written up for publication and you can find a list of some of these and links (where available) on our Research page. With each completed project come new questions for the research teams I work with and the requirement for funding, which is a growing part of my remit. I am also working on a number of other projects that have captured my interest including as an Honorary Clinical Psychology Assistant which is fascinating and giving me yet another different perspective on health care and patient involvement. I am a member of the British Psychological Society Clinical and Health Divisions, and the Association for the Study of Medical Education (ASME). |
